Holiday Inn Express Heber City, an IHG Hotel

We stayed at the Best Western across the street a couple of years ago and wish we would have been able to stay there again but it was booked. We had a much better experience there. Cleaner rooms and better breakfast to name a couple of things. But about the Holiday Inn, water was shut off for a couple hours during the day while we were there. Was fine but we took our kids to the pool earlier in the morning than expected so that we could be back to the room in time for a shower before the water was shut off. Pool room is frickin cold. Basically felt like we were outside. We also had a slow drip coming from our ceiling above the toilet. Every time we sat on the toilet we would have water drip on our back. We stayed on a Thursday night and Friday night. I expect the Friday night to increase since it’s a weekend but it was $120 hike between the rate from Thursday to Friday. Seems a bit ridiculous. So do yourself a favor and stay across the street at the Best Western.

I stayed for 6 nights and everyday they changed my towels and made my bed. The service is really good and friendly. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30-10am and always nice and hot. Coffee and tea station is 24/7. Has a equipped gym but small space (good for a solo or duo workout but would be crowded for more). The entire hotel you can tell has been remodeled, I recommend.

We stayed here for the Circuit Final Rodeo and these rooms were super clean and nice! We doordashed some food at midnight and the front desk receptionist, Tierza, was very kind and welcoming to us. The breakfast was delicious too and I was grateful that their breakfast didn't stop at 9am like most places so I could actually sleep in and still get something to eat. I would suggest this hotel to anyone in the area.

During a winter storm i had to stay here and accidentally left my airpods. I went back the next day to see if they were still there like find my said they were but, i checked the room and room service said no one saw them but, i was the last guest in that room. I would appreciate my airpods returned. I even tried to leave the room as clean as i could. Even left a tip. Damn.
